August breakfast and lunch menu

“We are very happy to continue to reward our staff for their dedication to excellence,” said Fatih Ay, CEO of Harmony Public Schools. “Every year our 34,000 plus students consistently exceed state education standards. Our teacher’s hard work is recognized annually by major publications, such as US News Best High Schools, and noted children’s advocacy groups.”

In addition to a base salary increase of between $3,500 & $5,000, teachers will be awarded a stipend of $1,000 if they have between 5 and 9 years of classroom experience. Those with more than 10 years’ experience will receive $2,000. “We see this as an investment not only in our teachers but in our students as well,” Ay said.

The new salary schedule follows Governor Greg Abbott’s signing of the $11.5 Billion school finance reform package. Harmony chose to target additional funding into pay & benefits for teachers and staff. These increases have been presented to the HPS Board of Directors, and will be up for approval after receiving regulations from TEA.

We want your Feedback. We invite you to take our website survey to find out if our new website is meeting your needs.

You asked! We changed!

You’re invited to take our website survey to find out if the new website is meeting your needs.

During the last few months, we’ve been working to revamp our campus websites based on the feedback we received from focus groups, and online user surveys. Your feedback was critical because it helped us understand why people visit our websites and what they are trying to achieve once they get there.

It’s easy to take part in the survey and should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete!

We take your feedback very seriously, and want to provide parents with a valuable resource. If one of your favorite features from the old site is missing: let us know… (Gently – remember the Golden Rule!)

Click on this link to take the survey immediately.

Cip invite mar 5 3:30pm

Dear Community Members, Parents, and Staff;

Every year our school sets up committees to assess any areas for growth on campus. Schools determine these needs from various data sources. From that data we are able to determine areas for growth. The Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) committee is responsible for devising a plan to address the needs of the campus. The CIP is made up of community members, parents, staff and students.

We would like for you to be included in this year’s meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 3:30 PM. The meeting typically lasts around one hour, but we would be grateful for any amount of time you are able to spare.

Please see the invitation attached and RSVP at the link below. Thank you so much for your consideration to join us!

Please RSVP at here.

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) provides annual academic accountability ratings to its public schools each year. These ratings are primarily based on student performance on standardized tests and graduation rates. The ratings offer a general look at student achievement, student progress, achievement gaps and secondary readiness. Here is our 2017-2018 Federal Report Card for our LEA, District, and State.
